For the 2025 - 2026 school year, Crawford Plains School is full in planned classes in Grades 1 and 2 in the French immersion program and Grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 in the regular program. We will no longer accept enrolment requests for Grades 1 and  2 in the French Immersion program. For the regular program, we will now only accept resident students for Grade 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 whose parent(s)/legal guardian(s) have newly moved into the school’s attendance area. A resident student of Edmonton Public Schools has at least one parent or legal guardian living in Edmonton who is not Roman Catholic. Non-resident students can enroll in another Division school with space in planned classes.

Kindergarten 2026 - 2027

KindergartenOn February 2, 2026 Crawford Plains School will begin accepting new registrations for our French Immersion and English Kindergarten programs. All Kindergarten students, as well as students in other grades who are not currently enrolled at Edmonton Public Schools, will need to submit a completed Student Registration Form on the Division website.  The form can be accessed here (register for school).

Children who are five years old on or before December 31, 2026 may register in Kindergarten for the 2026–27 school year.

Space in our French Immersion Program is limited.  Selections for the program are not made on first come first serve basis.  As we strive to meet the needs of all students interested in attending our school, it will be important to apply during our pre-registration time which ends on March 25, 2026.   After this date we will review all applications and confirm if we have space for all those that may be interested.  School choice options are more limited after this date, and only those with space will remain open for registrations.

For more information regarding Kindergarten registration visit Edmonton Public School's website. Registering for Kindergarten.
